By integrating Pathfinder's information, Penchant Software's dispatchOffice application now provides a fast, effective means for accessing airline schedules and other critical air cargo information.
Portland, Ore., March 8, 2004 - Conducive Technology Corp., a leader in advanced Web Services-based flight information and decision support tools for the logistics industry, today announced that Penchant Software, developers of the dispatchOffice platform, will begin integration of the company's Pathfinder information service. Using Conducive's Pathfinder-XML API, Penchant will integrate comprehensive flight schedules, flight status, airport delays and weather forecasts, track and trace, event notification - and more - into the dispatchOffice platform. This addition will further bolster the value of dispatchOffice while providing functionality that would otherwise be cost-prohibitive to develop internally.
"We're very excited about integrating Pathfinder's information into the dispatchOffice platform, as it showcases our continued commitment to delivering unmatched value to our customers," stated David Collins, President and CEO of Penchant Software. "Pathfinder delivers the real-time air cargo information our customers demand, and API is a well-designed, well-documented tool that has been easy to integrate into our existing systems. With Pathfinder as a key component of dispatchOffice, we have added even greater value to our own platform."
Jeff Kennedy, CEO of Conducive Technology stated, "We're pleased to be working with Penchant, and believe the combination of dispatchOffice and Pathfinder will deliver powerful results to Penchant's customers."
