CONDUCIVE TECHNOLOGY SUCCESSFULLY TESTS PATHFINDER ROUTING TECHNOLOGY

Combining a user-controllable routing engine with advanced data aggregation and risk analysis, Conducive Technology's Pathfinder technology expands air cargo routing options.

Portland, OR - October 1, 2002 - Conducive Technology Corp., a software development and services firm focused on providing intelligent, technology-based solutions to the logistics industry, today announced the successful testing of its new Pathfinder routing technology. The Pathfinder technology platform combines dynamic, customizable routing optimization with comprehensive real-time data and advanced decision support, allowing logistics professionals to make superior air cargo routing decisions, faster and easier than ever before.

"Pathfinder directly addresses the need for faster, more intelligent solutions that add specific value to data," said Jeff Kennedy, CEO of Conducive Technology. "Pathfinder allows for the effective management of complexity and risk, maximizing the quality of air cargo routing decisions."

At the core of the technology platform is the Pathfinder Routing Engine, with connection controls enabling individual users to "drive" the engine according to their specific needs. The routing engine provides users with the power to consider multiple origin and destination airports and then influence a routing decision by weighting those factors that are most important for a particular shipment. The engine dynamically builds routes according to a user's individual routing control settings. Each route is then "scored" according to how well it matches the engine control settings, resulting in a prioritized list of flight alternatives that most closely match user needs.

Pathfinder also aggregates relevant, real-time data such as weather information, airport delays, flight statistics and flight status, into one complete, comprehensive and easy-to-understand screen. Additional sorting and filtering capabilities allow users to quickly and efficiently narrow their routing options down to those that are perfectly suited to meet their needs.

Pathfinder leverages Conducive Technology's expertise in travel technology and data aggregation into a sophisticated decision support platform, built specifically for the logistics industry. Designed for cargo management professionals, including couriers, freight forwarders, corporate logistics managers and other air freight shippers, Pathfinder provides the only comprehensive tool for optimized air cargo routing, meeting the growing service needs of a variety of industry applications, including next flight out (NFO), counter-to-counter and route-specific air cargo markets.
