Conducive Technology enhances Pathfinder with never before integrated data, new search and analysis options built to optimize scheduling and routing decisions, enhance productivity and reduce recovery costs.
Portland, Ore. - Conducive Technology Corp., a leader in advanced Web Services-based flight information and decision support tools for the logistics industry, today released significant enhancements to its Pathfinder family of airfreight decision support products, the industry's most advanced solution for air cargo routing and scheduling challenges.
From a user's perspective there are a number of significant changes. This Pathfinder release includes pioneering integration of airport-to-airport line haul truck schedules offers never before possible flexibility in assessing routes. In addition, expanded search capabilities include advanced filters to limit to freighters only or RFS or line haul truck services, etc. for better control of the consolidated information, faster decisions and reduced risks. Pathfinder-web also now offers a dynamic new quick routing application and a streamlined menu system.
Integrators of the powerful Pathfinder-XML features will appreciate the improvements made to the Pathfinder parsing of Sabre and ASDI data feeds to make them the most reliable and complete of any source and therefore the best for critical integration. Pathfinder-XML now supports XML Request Response in addition to SOAP and REST.
"By being responsive to our rapidly expanding list of customers, we can continue to deliver functionality that is unparalleled in addressing the challenges that logistics professionals face today." Said Jeff Kennedy, CEO of Conducive Technology. "These enhancements to the Pathfinder information services and application demonstrate our commitment to providing an unmatched toolset for shippers looking to maximize their margins and productivity."
As the importance of airport-to-airport trucking services as a component of airfreight, integrated air and ground scheduling information becomes increasingly vital to reducing the time and cost of air shipments. Scheduling requires a great deal of expertise, as it remains one of the most important factors in meeting service commitments and financial objectives. However, many scheduling decisions are based on incomplete information from outdated flight guides or cargo discs, multiple website visits and innumerable phone calls. By integrating the most information into an easy-to-use, single source for all data ñ routing and when necessary, recovery can be managed efficiently.
