Our greatest asset, the Conducive Technology team, is comprised of highly talented individuals with expertise in a number of key areas. As a group, we have many years of experience developing, marketing and maintaining distributed software systems.

Jeff Kennedy, Chief Executive Officer, Director
Jeff Kennedy has been Conducive's Chief Executive Officer since the company's formation in September 2001, and his vision and expertise help set the strategic direction of the company. Prior, Jeff was CEO of Sight & Sound Software from its inception in 1993 until the company's merger with Datalex in 2000. While with Datalex, Jeff served as Chief Executive Officer for the Americas.

As the co-founder of Sight & Sound, Jeff was instrumental in leading the company as it grew to produce multi-million-dollar revenues. Originally a small software-development firm, Sight & Sound grew to become one of the leading product and technical service providers in online travel, the Internet's largest e-commerce segment. In the six years prior to merging with Datalex, the company consistently maintained profitability, winning several awards for the fastest-growing small companies, as well as a Product of the Year award in 1999 for its BookSmart booking engine.

Jeff's past experience includes 11 years at Tektronix, where he worked as an engineer designing integrated circuits before moving into product marketing. He holds a bachelor's of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Utah and an MBA from the University of Oregon.

Tod Hutchinson, Chief Financial Officer, Director
Tod Hutchinson has been Conducive's Chief Financial Officer since the company's formation in September 2001, and he works closely with Jeff Kennedy to set and implement the strategic direction of the company. Tod brings more than 15 years of corporate finance and operating experience to Conducive Technology. Before joining Sight & Sound in February 2000, he spent the previous two years at Metro One Telecommunications, Inc., a provider of enhanced directory assistance and information services for the telecommunications industry. As Metro One's Vice President of Finance, he was actively involved in the company's financial and corporate development activities, including a public equity offering and private debt placements.

Prior to Metro One, Tod served as CFO for various start-up and early-stage companies. In addition, he has five years of venture capital experience with InterVen Partners, Inc., and three years of public accounting experience with Price Waterhouse, LLP. He is a former certified public accountant and holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
